Easy Homemade Yoghurt

WHAT YOU NEED:

🍦 950ml extra cream or full cream milk

🍦 1.5 to 2 tbsp plain yoghurt with live or active culture (don’t get the slimy ones)

🍦 clean cloth or towel

🍦food bowl and cover

HOW TO DO:

🍦Put milk in a bowl

🍦Warm milk in microwave for 2mins.&40sec or (warm in stovetop using heavy-bottomed pot but don’t boil)

🍦Mix the yoghurt and milk properly

🍦Cover the bowl of warm milk and wrap with cloth

🍦Set for 10hrs-12hrs (mine is from 9pm to 7am)

🍦Ready to use for smoothie,cereals,cooking or just eat it with toppings like fruits,chia seeds dates, honey and more. Enjoy🧡

NOTE:

🍦For sweet version put 5tbsp of sugar or according to your taste.(Stir thoroughly until the sugar dissolves before warming the milk)

🍦I prefer to set yoghurt at nighttime.

🍦You can use your homemade yoghurt to culture your next batch up to 6 times. After that go back to commercial yoghurt to set a new one
